Terms & Conditions

By using giftedksa.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law, and Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Orders

• You can order from 1 piece. The price per piece depends on the quantity ordered, as shown on each product.
• An order is confirmed only after you approve the design mockup and we receive the deposit, PO or Etimad award.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colors may vary slightly between screens and materials.

2. Prices

• Prices are in Saudi Riyals per piece and exclude 15% VAT, which is added at checkout.
• Sale prices apply only while the offer is shown on the site.
• Special requests are priced by written quotation, valid for 14 days.

3. Customization and artwork

• You confirm you own or have permission to use any logo, picture or text you upload, and you are responsible for it.
• We may refuse content that is offensive, illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
• The on-site preview is indicative. Production follows the final mockup you approve; we are not responsible for errors in an approved mockup.
• We may photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

4. Production time

Standard production is 7–10 working days after artwork approval and payment. Rush service is available for events on request and may cost extra.

5. Accounts

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure.

7. Warranty

Customized products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse, accidents and improper care are not covered.

Privacy Policy

We handle personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

• What we collect: name, company, email, mobile, delivery address, order details, and files you upload.
• Why: to process orders and requests, produce and deliver your items, issue invoices, and contact you about your order.
• Sharing: only with delivery partners and service providers needed to fulfil your order (including our payment provider Moyasar), or when required by law. We do not sell your data.
• Storage: data is kept on secure servers and retained only as long as needed for orders, accounting and legal obligations.
• Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing giftedksa@mand.sa.
• Cookies: the site uses browser storage only to remember your cart and sign-in.

Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

• Customized products (with your logo, text or picture) are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts, except for manufacturing defects.
• Before production: you may cancel before approving the mockup for a full refund of any deposit.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint or refund the affected items, and cover return shipping.
• Non-customized items: may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging with tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact us first to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Late delivery: if delivery is more than 15 days late from the agreed date, you may cancel and receive a refund.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Saudi Arabia. Delivery options and fees for your city are shown at checkout, including any free-delivery threshold.
• Delivery takes 1–3 working days after production in Jeddah, and 3–5 working days to other cities.
• Pickup from our Jeddah workshop is available by appointment.
• A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Report missing or delayed orders within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
• Please provide an accurate address and contact number. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after handover to the carrier.

Payment

• Card (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay): paid securely online through Moyasar, a payment company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. We never see or store your card details.
• Bank transfer: 50% deposit to start production, balance before delivery. Bank: — · IBAN: — · Account name: Mand Luxury Est.
• Purchase order (PO): for approved corporate clients, per the agreed payment terms.
• Government entities: via the Etimad platform.
• A VAT tax invoice is issued for every order.

FAQ

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum — you can order a single piece. Larger quantities get a lower price per piece.

Can I see the design before production?

Yes. We always send a mockup for your approval first.

Can I mix designs in one order?

Yes. Each cart item can have its own text and picture.

Do you make gift kits?

Yes. Send a special request with the items and quantity you need.

Which file is best for my logo?

AI, PDF or SVG. A high-resolution PNG also works.
